        Tried to utilize them for a furnace repair/service for intermittent heat. -20 outside, waking up to 50 degrees each morning. From the moment the gal answered, it was painfully clear that they were not interested in the business. She was short and rude, and used every opportunity to suggest anything other than having one of their professional come take a look. Ultimately suggested that we looked elsewhere for the business. So far the service from the alternative has been a great improvement.
