Devine Design Hardscapes

Our patio looked good, but we immediately had issues with the material between the pavers cracking and washing out. They sent someone out to reseal it, but we immediately had the same issue happen. We continued to call them for about a month after that (maybe 10 calls) and left voicemails and sent at least one email asking what we could do or if they could fix the problem, but never got another return call. I liked the initial outcome, but the lack of follow-up was very disappointing, considering how much a project like this costs.

Had a great experience with Anthony. He was in close touch with us throughout the project, the quality of the work was excellent! Everything was cleaned up each night after he finished. Would definitely work with him again!

The man gave me a quote and will never answer a phone call, email or text message . I guess I would not give this place another chance. I hope you do NOT either. To get this quote, I had to schedule vacation and be treated like this.

Paul was a great partner to create our patio. His personal attention and involvement throughout the process was great. He took the time after typical work hours to come to our home and meet with my wife and I to discuss our desires for a patio. We wanted a patio at the bottom of our deck stairs. We had some ideas like an in ground fire pit, however we wouldn't have been the 25ft from our home needed for it to be legal, and he was great in guiding us away from that sort of a solution. From a design perspective, we had no clue what we wanted. He was great about walking us through some options that we might like. It is an added bonus that in the off months he is out teaching others in the industry about the newest and greatest products. What he then did is come back with a mock up / 3D design of what he proposed for the patio. We loved it and were able to get him and his team going right away. All this great service and the price was extremely competitive to the other bids we received. Paul is a great partner for any sort of hardscape project and best of all, he's a great family man.

We had Divine Design come out to give us a free quote for installing a paver patio. The owner spent a few minutes at our place, and informed us to expect a quote within 2-3 days and that he'd possibly be able to fit us in this summer between a few larger jobs. I've followed-up twice now and have waited a week each time I've followed up, but have gotten zero response and no quote. I feel like I wasted my time with this company and it's felt quite rude to have the owner not respond back at all. It's possible he felt our project was ultimately too small for him, although this wasn't communicated to us, and it would've been much more respectable to be up front with us if this was the case or at least to follow-up at all. Very disappointed after reading the positive reviews!
