This is a review I had hoped I would not have to leave but Jeff Belzers and Kia have left me no choice!!! I am not a person who likes to leave bad reviews and I have purposely waited to write this review because I wanted to give Jeff Belzers and Kia the opportunity to do the right thing and make things right!! They chose not to do that so let's get into this...... first of all the reason I chose to go to Jeff Belzers is because the do not work off commission for each salesman they work off customer service and want the consumer to be happy or so they say. For this reason I chose to drive and hour and a half to purchase my 2023 kia Sorento. The day we purchased my vehicle I asked the salesman to give me the exact dollar amount I would need to bring as I was bringing my own financing. He gave me the price over the phone so we drove up only to find out that he told us the wrong price and of course they wanted more money. So a new salesman wisked Tom away and quickly brought in a new salesman as they could tell we were getting upset. They told us Tom had failed us and the new guy would get things done. We'll the new salesman did get the job done and even gave us the impression that Jeff Belzers was gonna loose the thousand dollars to make us happy so the deal could be made. Well it wasn't until we sat down with the finance guy that we found out our salesman purposely didn't tell us we were supposed to get a thousand dollar bonus for our trade in so they just kept that. I wish we would have run out the door and never looked back!!! Unfortunately I spent my hard earned money and purchased myself what I thought was gonna be a great car that I had wanted for a very long time!!! Sorry to say it did not turn out that way. The vehicle had about 2 thousand miles on it when I started to hear a chirping sound coming from the steering wheel and also the wind noise in the cabin started to become extremely loud. I contacted Jeff Belzers and sent several videos to Joe and Mike and was told to bring it up an hour and a half 1 way and they would fix it. I took the vehicle up there and they tightened the bolts (wich why would the bolts be loose on a brand new vehicle) washed the car and than sent me on my way. I drove it down the road and than called back because the wind noise was not fixed. I went back to the dealship took a car service person for a ride with me and he agreed the noise in the cab was very loud and a new vehicle should not sound like that.one back at the dealship Joe told me they would order parts to pick the chirping noise and new rubber door molding for both the front driver and passenger front doors. They called and we schedule a time to bring the vehicle back for a second time. So back an hour and half I go and bring home a rental until mine gets fixed. After picking up my vehicle we quickly realized the wind noise was the same and after looking at the paperwork for the repair it says they only replaced the passenger front molding not the driver side like I was told and they said the noise was fixed. No it was not. And a few days later the steering wheel chirping starts back in so that's not fixed either. I called Jeff Belzers and told them I am done I will trade it in I am not gonna continue to drive an hour and a half one way to keep fixing this vehicle and im also not gonna continue letting them tear my brand new vehicle apart how many times. I traded in a 2013 Ford edge that they didn't give me hardly anything for and I wish I had it back!!! I had less issues with that vehicle than I do a brand new 2023. I told Jeff Belzers I wanted to trade out of this vehicle as I was done with it and they acted so very nice and supportive and than told me if I wanted to trade for a 2024 Kia sorento I needed to pay and additional 11 thousand dollars. Keep in mind I paid $40,.621.90 for my 2023 because I traded my 2013 ford edge FOR 5,000. They 2024 Kia sorento on the lot is $47,105.00 but they want me to pay 11,000.00 to trade. Today is the 3rd attempt to fix this or it qualifies for the lemon law! DO BETTER JEFF BELZERS!!!
