If there was a -10 star rating this would be fitting for Ban-Koe. Absolutely worst “work” place known to man. The owner Bill is an absolute con/yes man and follows orders from Ol’ brown noser Jerry. These people hired me knowing I had no background in Fire Alarms (my background is in low voltage data/telecommunications)and expected me to do full fire alarm installs on the fly and nothing would go wrong when it came to programming FA systems. Then, when I was told to “start looking” for another job which I did, they tried to throw the non-compete agreement in my face to get me fired from my next employer. The other guy that actually worked with me there got screwed HARD due to a non-compete after he left Ban-Koe as well. THEN.. YEARS LATER. These people TRIED AGAIN to sabotage my DoD security clearance application by telling the investigators I was not “trust worthy” and did not deserve the clearance. These people are lower than low and play dirty with peoples livelihood years down the road. Don’t sign the non-compete if you decide to work here. Which I highly do not recommend. STAY FAR AWAY!
