We've been using Stratton Cleaning Services for a little more than a year, and we will continue to use and recommend them for the foreseeable future.
Their team always arrives on time, and they are very friendly and professional in their presentation and work.
One thing they've done is try to keep the crew that takes care of our house consistent, so they come in and do not need to be oriented - everything just starts happening quickly, and efficiently.
I cannot think of any negatives to report, the few times where service has been disrupted due to weather, or staffing, Dustin has reached out quickly and proposed solutions to make sure that our cleaning gets taken care of.
We are happy Stratton customers, and recommend them without hesitation. Services: General housekeeping, Standard cleaning, Deep clean

A few years ago Stratton did a poor cleaning job and correspondence after was unprofessional and rude. I gave a review and it was removed. In convo with another unhappy customer, I decided to revisit with a review. Service: Standard cleaning

The staff at Stratton consistently left our house sparkling clean, were open to taking on special projects and were easy to work with. I'd hire them again in a La Crescent minute! That's like a New York minute but with more parking. Service: Standard cleaning

If you want a thorough clean DO NOT chose this company. They came here and cleaned and didnt even touch my upstairs bathrooms. Apparently there was some confusion and they thought I already had cleaned them. If the cleaners wouldve even looked inside my bathrooms they would see they needed to be cleaned. They spent 5 1/2 hours here and they didnt even touch my bathrooms or even my family room downstairs. They said they cleaned the front of my cupboards but I could still scrape food off with my finger. They dropped my plant off a stool in my living room and soil went everywhere. I still have dirt under my banister. They said they cleaned the walls and the trim yet there is walls and trim not even touched on my first floor. Mind you all they had to do was two bedrooms a living room, dining room, and the toilet in the basement. It took them 5 hours for that! Mind you I am a very clean person and my husband just cleaned our house the week before. I wouldnt have had a cleaner come but this was the only time I could get in. I figured they could do a deep clean at the very least. When I called the owner about it all he did was defend his company and justify. Even after sending pictures. When I told him I do not want to pay for the services, he said It definitely looks like we missed some areas, Im so sorry. What do you mean youre not paying for the services? Not once did he offer to come back to fix it, he just wanted his payment. He wanted me to pay for the services even after I sent him pictures. I agreed to pay for half the services but honestly I should have never paid a dollar.
