Allen Houdek Agency, Inc American Family Insurance

When my previouse agent retired, I was transfered to Allen Houdek who would be my new agent going forward. Overall, we had a very bad experience with Mr Houdek as an agent. In the end, we were so disappointed by his lack of professionalism that we made the tough decision to terminate service after being with this company for almost 20 years. If someone were to remain a customer with American Family Insurance, I would not recommend Allen as your agent.

I love being treated like I am Allen's only customer, although I know he has many. Allen and his team are professional, personable and efficient always making sure his customers are up-to-date. Allen always takes the time needed to be sure I thoroughly understand the answers to my questions.. He does this all because he cares!
