        After reading all the reviews, I have tried contacting Jon for several months now. This includes leaving around 5 voicemails and sent 1-2 emails with no call back or reply. Impossible to get in touch with them.

        Very impressed! Our air went out on a 90 degree weekend and we have a newborn so we needed help quickly. I called probably 20 companies and I couldn't even get a call back. All directions answered right away, squeezed us in and had our air up and running that night! I won't even mess around with other companies next time!
