Called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning for my teeth. I told them I am willing to pay out of pocket for it, cash, but apparently I made the mistake of telling them I was insured by Mnsure. Even when I was not involving my insurance at all, and was choosing to pay out of pocket for a simple procedure, they still chose to deny me service. I had the same issue with other offices in the area until I found a different dentist that will actually service me, and showed me a basic slip I had to sign stating I was paying, myself, for the procedure. The reason I was paying for a procedure myself is all referrals I was given for dentists near me DIDN'T COVER CLEANING, and they tried to charge me $1,200 for the procedure; Private Practice dentists charge

I was up here for a week when my crown came off. Dr Miller got me in immediately, found decay under the crown, fixed it and replaced the crown. His office found my insurance on line and will submit it and bill me after insurance pays. Thank you for the great customer service

$5000.00 for dentures & tooth extracts total. What a mistake!!!!! Thanks John !
