I was having difficulty finding a place to live when I relocated to Minnesota. Evergreen was quick with a response and a welcoming demeanor. The apartment was clean and everything worked as expected. Tabitha does a great job managing the property and the porter keeps the property looking nice! It is a non smoking property so no need to worry about smelly hallways or smoke drifting up in to your apartment from the balcony below. Garages included which helps take the sting out of the cold weather in Minnesota. Secure entry via intercom and locked door. If you are looking for a safe and pretty quiet location…you have found one. P.S. The well known grocery delivery service is available in this location.

By far the best place we've rented from, finally a place we felt at home and comfortable to renew our lease. Management is helpful, quick, and responsive, but not invasive. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. And the apartments are spacious, clean, modern and home-y. Also the kitchen, it's soo big, especially for an apartment kitchen.

I have only been living here a few months and it has been an excellent experience. Tabitha is an outstanding property manager and her maintenance team is quick to respond. I am so glad we chose to make this our home.

This is Heidi, John's wife writing this. We absolutely love it here!! The apartment is so big and clean, we were very impressed with it! There are many great qualities about it, it's nice having a patio door with a balcony, a walk in closet in one of the bedrooms with built in shelving (love that!) and there's an elevator which is nice for moving and if you need it on a daily basis. Each room is good sized, not the typical small rooms that apartments often times have. You need to have the carpet professionally cleaned when you move out which is nice because then you know it's clean when you move it. You get a parking spot and a garage, the garage is nice and deep and there's room for you to store things in front of your vehicle. It's in a great location, close to stores and not far off of Highway 65. And last but not least, Tabitha has been absolutely great to work with!!! She is very nice and responds quickly. I highly recommend living here : )
