John and his son Cody do an excellent job at making water softener replacement a very easy process. They helped replace my 24 year old softener in under 2 hours and at very reasonable rates! They were very thorough in explaining how the new softener works too. I highly recommend going with them for all your water softener needs.

My original water softener (that was at least 20 years old) began to leak when cycling. I called John at Rainy Water Conditioning and he was out in two days. When he and his son arrived they were very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. I would defiantly recommended this company to any one that needs softener replacement or repair.

Highly recommend Rainy Water Conditioning. Jon and his partner came out the same day to look at our old water softener and they installed a new one within days. The price was reasonable. Jon went through the instructions with me and answered all my questions. They even disposed of the old one. Very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Great company.
