This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working directly with Matt Pulkrabek. Matt is very knowledgeable and works hard to ensure that a person finds the right home to fit their life. He worked very diligently to find me the needed one level home for the changes age brings. unfortunately true! Hostile and unprofessional.
After closing on my home, hometown realty sends me additional bills that were not agreed to and not included in closing. They have started intimidation tactics to collect payment on things they did not include with terms.

I highly recommend Sheila Richter at Hometown Realty. She found me the perfect home! She is amazing. I really appreciate her hard work and diligence in helping me with this home purchase.
She is extremely responsive and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Long after the sale, she even helped me clear up an issue with the seller's contractor that arose unexpectedly. You will not be disappointed if you work with Sheila. Sheila is great!
