        Your website for Residential Bill informationa is AWFUL. It would not take my payment, I had to use phone payment. I could not access ANY of my as statements. I THINK I signed up for Auto pay but I'm not sure. There was no type of response after I filled in all the information. So now I do not know if my bill will be auto paid or not !!! However the service we received through our local Hutchinson office is excellent. And the tech services are always very helpful and patient with any questions of problems we are having. Lately Patrick did an outstanding job of helping us coordinate the reception on our 4 TVs.

        Needed internet for my Xbox One S so I called on Monday, scheduled for service instillation on Wednesday early afternoon. Arrived at 1:00 pm sharp, was very professional and helpful. Enjoying my services for gaming. Thank you guys!
