        Received an email for an outstanding balance of $427.02 for a Verizon account I never had so decided to look company up and sure enough other reviews are saying the same. Do not fall for this

        My husband received a collections notice from Pinnacle for a Verizon account he never had, with an address he did not live at during the time he claimed to have the account. At the bottom of the notice, it clearly states, they “cannot report it to any credit reporting agency” due to “the age” of his “debt.” Individuals who do not read that disclaimer are sure to be scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Do not respond at all to these notices if you are to receive one.

        Pinnacle tried to collect a Verizon debt that was discharged in my chapter 7 Bankruptcy case in 2012. When I called them out on it they tried to act like they had fallen out of a 50 foot tree and got amnesia. Crooks!
