    A decent small little medical shop in the back its kind of hard to find at first but overall a pretty good place. I would give it more stars but my first experience there was not the best with my client.

    I would not recommend Fairview medical supplies! I had to try out masks to get the right fit for my new CPAP, my first CPAP supply company in Duluth gave me many masks to try and the actually worked with me to figure out my best fit and option. This place o was given two choices and I had to pick them both out right away. They dont work with you and they dont really care if you are fitted properly. I was also told they wanted me to try the first mask for 2 weeks. I am 65 and my skin is very thin so the first night with my first mask the left side of my head was numb the next morning and the lower area hurt unbelievably bad and I have not worn alit for a while now and my head still hurts! I left a message about it and they didnt even bother to call me back! Thats how much they care. The problem was the headgear, the mask was great. Do you think they would think about it and offer me different headgear?? Nope! So I picked up my other choice and its awful! Too small and hurts the upper part of my nose. I started googling about the different masks and found out my first mask had different headgear that could be purchased! Shouldnt they have figured that out and offered it? Wow. So I also had a prescription for compression socks. I was told I could get two pairs every six months. I took one pair, as they suggested, to make sure they would work for me. I went back and asked for the headgear I had found and I was told I had to pay 34 for the compression socks and Medicare wouldnt cover the different headgear! I was never told I would need to pay for the compression socks when I took a pair home! After I took them home and came back for the second pair, they told me I owed 34 something. I will be switching to a different medical supply company and I suggest you do too! Twice these people didnt return my messages and calls. The second time I ended up going there and there were no customers. They were all just sitting in their offices! They just o Care, in the wrong line of work I think. Oh o

    This company does not want to sell any equipment. There service is very poor. All I got was an exscuse after exscuse why they did nothing for over two weeks. They dont care about any one. Just money. Lac of communication was a very key. I did more in 10 min on the phone. Then they did in over two weeks.

    They refuse to accept or acknowledge Financial Aid from Rangeview and will just screw you for the bill. They don;t return phone calls as promised. I'd rather die, than ever have to deal with Rangeview Hospital and any company associated with them ever again!

    Has to be the most incompetent staff , have to wait and wait for delivery then receive the wrong products. Even when they send people over to see the parts you need even taking photos they can't figure it out. They pass the buck and actually tell you things need to be custom made and send you away. After weeks of waiting for doctors orders to be filled the tell me the orders were expired and had to go to Dr again to place new orders they still ordered the wrong things even after many phone calls to confirm. I received a scale ,wrong style ,a mattress pad ,wrong size ,a oxygen tank holder without attachment bracket after explaining repeatedly what I needed."They said it came with holder ,it didn't". The backbrace I needed They said had to be custom made, I walked to their competition literally right down the hall from their location Hanger clinic. It was twenty one minutes door to door and I wore out my new brace...ya custom made their had several styles in stock. Highest recommendations to Hanger clinic. All healthline did was order my stuff from Amazon and marked it up 40-45percent and still screwed it up. This outfit is a joke. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!!
