Dr. Kristin Fredricksen & the prestigious ENT staff continued for 3+ years post surgery to tell me Im just fine, & send me home; even though I wasnt. I begged her to please reconsider everything/think, but she only wrote me off as a crazy person; even though she did the surgery. She wanted her surgery to be so perfect, she couldnt see her flaws; it was a very simple diagnosis for a specialist of her caliber. Ive been walking around with a staff infection in my nose for years suffering, because she decided to cauterize my nose. She missed, & slid the burner across the entire inside of my nose wall. Now generally speaking, burns make things dry. Instead of giving me an ointment, Dr gave me more and more allergy meds; to the point it was a poisonous dose. She did this in my opinion, because she just could not accept being anything physically wrong with my nose, cuz that would ergo mean something was wrong with her procedures; she was not accepting that. In fact she took it as an accusation, & charted that it was my mental brain/allergies. I even got one of those special allergy tests, to disprove this allergy notion; she did not care. She kept shoving that stupid camera up my nose, telling me everything is perfect when it really clearly wasnt healed; even after years. I will be getting all of my medical records, as well as my poisonous doses on paper. I will be making a case because now for the rest of my life I have to be on a medical treatment plan And may possibly have MRSA type situation to deal with from not being properly diagnosed for so long. For being a specialist, this person is not very humble, and that gets in the way of her intelligence; super dangerous. She does have skills as a surgeon, Im not going to knock that, and she does have a brilliant mind in textbook; but you have to listen to your clients. Thank you for listening to my story. I hope you consider this before you bring any loved one into ENT - ear, nose, and throat for everybody who dont know.

I brought my son into the ER a couple of nights ago with a high fever and I could not have been more pleased with the care he got by his nurse, Heidi, and his provider, Dr. Chinn. Both of them were very patient and comforting to a miserable 1 year old and his nervous parents! Additionally, I'd like to add that I have always been impressed with the staff and providers on the 3rd floor during any of my family's hospitalizations. We are lucky to have some of the best nurses and hospitalists around on our acute care unit!

Suffering from severe back/hip pain, it took several calls to get in to see my Doctor "asap" instead of waiting 2-3 weeks. Then it took 1 week to get a MRI! Now it looks like it will take a week to get in to have a procedure done to "maybe" relieve the problem! Don't know what has happened to the health care system in the last 3-4 years, but it sucks! So far on week 3 of moderate to intense pain! The staff, Nurses and Doctors are great, those running the hospital are pathetic, a disgrace to the medical profession!

Working here was great my co-workers and just people I worked with were amazing but overall I hate going to the hospital they dont listen to you or try to help you even when going to the clinic all they can say is theres nothing I can do there is SOMETHING you can do, and that doesnt go to all the front desk people Ive had two that were very kind and very helpful and I wish I remembered their names but otherwise Ive never had a good experience with this hospital ever. I feel sorry for the amazing outstanding people that work here because well theyre just doing their job in an outstanding way, wish the rest of the hospital just cared and listened instead of just saying they cant help or help figure out a solution.
