I came to St. Luke's urgent care in hopes of treating my upper respiratory infection. I saw Camille Ingle, PA-C. I stated due to my other medication I can't take any OTC medications as there will be reactions. I stated this 3 times. As this is what I was told from my doctor at Essentia. She stated my "lung infection" was viral although I had green/yellow sputum I would cough up, my chest hurt and so did my back. With a history of constant upper respiratory infections, which have turned into bronchitis and even pneumonia, she denied me any medical care. No antibiotics, which I need to treat my lungs. I am wheezing, coughing non-stop and abuterol only does so much. She suggested I try, "lozenges, a humidifier, vapor rub, etc." I have already done these & have no relief! Otherwise, why would I come to an Urgent Care? My lungs were hurting & it isn't from the coughing. I also have a history of the Pleural in my lung becoming stiff due to the past infections, my lungs are also scarred, from medical "professionals" like her not taking me seriously. I was offered testing multiple times but if I am already having symptoms of a lung infection, treat that. Listen to your clients, you don't live their day to day life. She lied in my chart about me having asthma, I was never diagnosed with asthma. In fact, I have endometriosis in my lungs, I've had fluid in my lungs, my lung tissue is scarred from past infections, my pleural has thickened in some spots. I am working with a wonderful pulmonologist from Essentia to tale care of my lungs. I know my body, when I get sick, it attacks my lungs first. It was more than a "viral" infection. Glad Essentia takes their clients seriously and I made an emergency appointment with my doctor. Turns out I had walking pneumonia. In a nut shell, don't waste your time here. Go to Essentia or even the cities.

I was seen here this morning for on going health issues (at the urgent care). This was my first time being at st.lukes as I wasnt receiving the care I was needing at my old health center. The physician was incredibly rude. She made me feel almost dumb, would not let me speak regarding what I needed, and was incredibly passive aggressive. She also made it seem it was impossible to get medical records from other doctors. Almost felt she was pushing me away from establishing care through them. If I ever need to be seen at an urgent care again, it will definitely not be this one as I did not have a welcoming experience. The nurses and receptionist were fantastic! Super respectful, very welcoming, great to talk with, and overall made the experience where I feel okay coming back to the office to see my doctor.

Unfortunately, I was not feeling well for two days, so finally, I succumb to going to this clinic or urgent care, walk in whatever you wanna call it. Location is nice. Staff is warm at best. I got there at 8:30 AM and they told me that I would be seen around 9:45 AM could not leave the premises, had to wait in the lounge with about 10 to 12 other people. When I walked in there was a young lady laying on the floor Looked very sick. I felt at that point in time that I was in a lot better shape. They called her and it took like two or three minutes for her to get up and no staff was willing to assist her. So finally around 920 I got called in this was the only bonus of the visit. I proceeded to give the nurse all my information, waited for another 20 minutes only to have what I thought was a doctor come in tell me that I probably have a viral infection or an intestinal infection, and if I wanted to, I go to the emergency room that there was nothing they could do, what a complete waste of time shouldve known better
