Butch has replaced the plumbing in two cabins, installed water heaters, repaired leaks, winterized our cabins and he's always there to help us if we have a plumbing emergency or a tricky problem that needs an expert solution. I am a pca and one of my clients is a veteran. He called this gentleman looking for an estimate for a walk in shower. The gentleman came and looked at the bathroom and said he would have an estimate for him in two days. It's now been two weeks and this business is not returning my clients calls and has not got him an estimate. The veterans association (VA) will not help pay for the walk in tub unless he has two estimates. Shame on this company for treating an elderly veteran this way! I will never bring business here.
