I called in to have a plant w/cardinal put together for my friends mom who just passed away and the woman I spoke with was so helpful and just a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely do business with you in the future.

The staff went above and beyond to create just what we needed for my father's funeral. Because I don't live in the area, they did an excellent job of communicating with me what they could do and how it could look. We really liked how the arrangement looked both at the funeral and the the gravesite. One of the key reasons we went with them was they have good store hours and they answered the phone when I called and helped me get started right away.

Ordered sympathy basket for a family member's brother. I don't know if the fact our home address is in Texas made a difference and they thought we would not be there to see it, but was very disappointed in what was delivered. Originally quoted $50+ and asked them to increase it ($80) and add some color to the plant. What was delivered was small and basically 2 small pots in a very cheap basket I could have done myself. I even checked my CC statement to see if they had made an error and billed the smaller basket by mistake. In looking on their website the $45 arrangement was far nicer than what was delivered. From their reviews it does not seem this is the standard but felt potential consumer should know - especially if not local.
