        What a fun relaxing time I had.😊 went out for 2 hours. Caught my 1st lake trout. Twice! Captain Kelly was a great guide. Not only was it fun fishing, but it was also interesting to hear about Grand Marais in the “old days”. Loved how everything is supplied except your license, snacks & beverages. I’ll definitely be back before his season ends.

        Took the morning charter with Kelly. I didn’t start off with high hopes - fishing in the area had been poor lately - but my partner and I ended up fishing our limit of trout! Kelly knows the area well and has some fun stories to share along the way. Will definitely fish with him again next time!

        I was told by Kelly Shepard that he has sold the business. I cannot find another number for the business besides his. He would not give it to me either. I do not know why.
