Jen Busch should be named Realtor of the Year. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, farming and real estate law. Jen is easy to work with, committed, honest, ethical and a fireball of energy. She listens and addresses every question and concern. Over the years she has cultivated relationships with county officials, lawyers, engineers, surveyors, builders, accountants, and other realtors; in essence, she knows and has a good relationship with everyone in the Rochester area.
When we started thinking about selling our family farm, the eight Moon heirs, scattered across different states, had no idea how to begin. Jen Busch took on our project and walked us through every aspect of selling a large farm, including taking our case to the county for a zoning change, working with engineers to create a layout for the lots, helping us find lawyers, accountants, road builders, meeting with and accompanying WiFi providers, surveyors, engineers, road builders, photographers, the Nature Conservancy and all potential buyers. Jen worked tirelessly for almost a year before we even listed the property for sale. Then within 3 months of listing various parcels, she had sold every piece, most at or close to asking price. She knows the market and has been proactive to make sure we got the very best price for our property.
The Moon family cant believe we were lucky enough to have Jen Busch to shepherd us through every aspect of this difficult undertaking. We love Jen. She listens, she is great fun and she works tirelesslyevery single day for two plus years-to make it all happen.
