Lived here so far for about a month. So far so good! Michelle the property manager is great at getting back to me fast when I have requests. Also I appreciate the quietness in the building, the smoke free area, and so forth. Overall great place to live. Only thing I’d change is the pricing of laundry but otherwise I think Michelle is super great and so far I’m happy here!

Management is friendly, check in was quick and simple. Website makes paying rent and reporting maintenance easy. Coming up at the end of the lease we received a detailed cleaning list that I was able to follow and receive my full deposit back.

I have lived here 6 years and it is always clean I feel safe. There is no noticeable crime issues, I never see the police here for crime activity. The management works hard to address the issues you bring to there attention.

Tread with care when parking in their lot for 5 minutes to drop someone off. Visitor parking is not adequate and they have contracted a towing company to troll their lot regularly to tow your car 4 miles to their tow lot for $300 if you're not a resident.
