    Terrible customer service, rude and unwilling to help. My husband went into today to pick up a shower seat for our son. The hospital had sent the script over not once but twice. They also told him that our insurance was not a primary payer, which is not true. I had already talked to our insurance to ensure the chair would be covered. Ended up paying for it ourselves. While my husband was in there a lady came to return a walker that had never been used. The other customer stated it would not be able to be refunded to the card originally used as those cards were frozen as the person had passed. The owner then noticed a small scratch and refused to take the walker back. The customer ended up walking out of the business in tears. Never again. We will take our business elsewhere. The woman running the register was kind and helpful.

    JOEL ERICKSON IS A Scam artist! Ordered a scooter agreed on a price. When I went to pick up price increased 300.00!!!! There's more. The scooter wasn't prepped still in factory wrappings unadjusted and unassembled! Then he lied about how much insurance paid so i overpaid another 300.00! The insurance tried to get it back he won't pay it back. The attorney General tried to get it back .He won't cooperate they told me to sue him in small claims court . Don't pay in cash!! Check with insurance on payment before giving this crook any money. Taking advantage of seniors and disabled is disgraceful!!!! HE IS A GREAT SALESMAN / CONMAN!!

    FL medical front desk staff is very rude . She will tell you she called you many times but never once calls. She will Blame the customer for the defective products they sell which truly were out of date on the shelf to be sold . They do not help when theres a bad product after month of trying to simply get an exchange she tells you to be quiet an help yourself by calling there 3rd party carriers . Will never recommend nor Return an I am filling an appeal to have my insurance get the devices replaced at no cost

    Multiple issues with getting parts for my grandmothers scooter. Promises to call back, promises that parts are on their way; promises, never kept. Back and forth correspondence was over the course months. Theyll definitely sell you equipment, but they make little to no money on repairs, and it shows on how little they follow through with these requests. We moved onto Home Health Resources in Amery, Wi.

Well this is an interesting bit of information that you obsereved through the words of your husband. The whole picture is. Concerning the shower chair there is a billable code to bill insurance and that is why customer sevice said it would be covered, however there is never any money attached to it unless you are on Medical assistance. The Hospital did call because they had the wrong fax number and we gave her the correct fax number.Concerning the walker that the lady was going to return it had Vomit on it and was not scratched, the lady tried to scratch off the Vomit and even though it was over a month from our return policy we were going to return it until we saw that there was Vomit on it. We try to bring back the smile wherever we can. You mention the owner then "noticed", as if this was the reason for not refunding the money back, as if that was the reason for not taking it back. It was because of the Vomit on it.We don't appreciate the interpretation.That is not how we do business. Sorry to hear we lost your business because of the missunderstandingsThank you

Oh John Just to remind you and let the rest of the world know our side of this story.John called in to our store late one evening and I annswered the phone after hours and John YOU said no one will help me, so this is always a challenge in our business because if they call in and are complaining about the world and poor me no one wants to help me! it could be challenging, John was a great guy on the phone we had many conversations about how much scooters are and then he said my insurance wants me to have a Victory 10 and I want a to upgrade to a Maxima and I said yes we can help with this, it would be an upgrade and John you said great because no one was willing to help me! So we did.We told you how much the upgrade was and you brought in CASH to the store, the correct amount for the upgrade and you knew what the insurance was going to cover because you had met your deductable and went away a happy customer, two weeks later you had questions about the batteries we sent someone out to help you. all good, no charge. Then all of the sudden out of the blue you thought we owed you a refund? You called our office and were very I mean very mean and rude to our staff.John You paid cash as plan and insurance paid what we thought they would.To this day I can not see where you think we owe you $300.00 I checked with the insurance company and they could not see anything either then you John decided to go to the Attorny General and with your permission we gave them all of the paperwork to show we did our job correctly. I can only assume this review came because the Attorny General found us to have done our job correctly.John please know that our pricing is dictaded by usual and customary pricing we do not have a lot of flexability with pricing.Again Sorry John M. your not happy.I do forgive you for this bad review and ask that you remove it!JOEL ERICKSON
