I'm astounded by the high ratings of this place. My wife's post has full details. Long story short they lost our stuff, insulting attempts at making it right. Horrible customer service except Melissa. ***Ha, and it appears as though they deleted her post.

The staff and services offer are wonderful! Melissa is always a friendly face! We do weekly services, and Melissa always makes sure all of our things are accommodated for. I have never had to return anything!
I also had two bridesmaid dresses hemmed & altered recently. Both are perfect! He was attentive to detail!
