I called ahead a week early to get a dozen roses for Valentine's Day. I was to pick them up on the Saturday before Valentine's day. I paid in advance. When I arrived to pick up the flowers nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. I had to repeat the order to them. They put it together with the wrong flowers and I had to ask them to do it again the right way. Then they wanted me to pay for them again. Thank god I had the receipt still. I look at the box and they had torn it while trying to rush it together and it would not fit together properly so they just taped it, which also looked bad. They should have just grabbed another lid. The flowers themselves looked terrible. Most were in pretty bad shape and there were only 11 roses, not the dozen I paid for. Never going back to this place again. All around a bad experience.
