Had an scheduled appointment with them at 7am and nobody showed up. Called them 20 minutes after the scheduled time and the lady told me after I had been put on hold that we will be at my house in 30 minutes and she also said that I have to ask the electrician why is he late. Are you serious?? Spoke with Nate after and he didn't know why he wasn't here and that he was not aware that the electrician is not here because he gave him the info about the day on Friday. Nate said that the electrician, after they spoke with him will arrive at the office at 8am, probably around 8:30am at my house, so I have been lied again about that half hour. And Nate knew that I've been dooped by HERO also, the same scheduling problem. This companies can't get it toghether, just my two cents. I will eventually find an electrician who needs my 4-5k bussiness. I don't do bussiness or give my bussiness away to companies that lies, are not honest or are not on top of their game. The lady who answer the phone needs a lot of customer service training or she needs to go. Period!

Called Cedar Electric to install a transfer switch to have electric in case of outage. Bonnie was very friendly and I was set up in a couple days. Two men came out - Louie Wilder and Nate Sevcik (Nate now owns the business). They asked what I wanted, assessed the situation and advised on the best route. They were professional and communicated very well. Nate left and Louie worked his magic. When he was done, he walked me through everything and we started the generator to make sure it all worked, which it did perfectly. When he drove away, he stopped at the safety light by the barn. (In rural areas most everyone has an outdoor light on a tall pole). He was there for a while and seemed he was talking to someone on the phone, then he left. Next day, the power company came out and replaced our pole! Can't say enough good about Cedar Electric and the people who work there. We've called them a few times and will call again because they are THE BEST. Services: Installation, Light fixture installation, Electrical fixture installation, Electrical outlet & switch installation
