I purchased a department 56 ceramic summer house here for my wife as a surprise. My wife and her mother shop here periodically and hadn't been here for over a month, but when I told them her name she knew exactly what I was talking about and was incredibly helpful. She helped me locate the item that my wife had mentioned in passing and she gave me some great suggestions. They also have a loyalty card that they allow me to start that my wife can continue or combine with the 1 she already has . They also have a very large selection of department 56 houses and New England village houses and other Snow Village items.
Very friendly, they will certainly get my business again in the future.
