This guy is a total con. Take him a coin and he'll give you 5 immediate reasons while it isn't worth anything. When I'm well aware it is very valuable. Offers 10-20 % of book at best, Note to Widows, don't give this crook your husbands valuable collection!! get a 2nd opinion!! My name is Bruce Stephan and I stand by my review.
