We have worked with many transportation companies over the years. Joy is one of the very best. They’re easy to communicate with when I have a question or a problem. They have been very accommodating when we’ve need to make changes. Consistent pick-up times also.

It is next to impossible to get ahold of anyone in the company they only have a personal cell phone for dispatch multiple days ive called 10+ times with messages no answer or call back. If your company is giving rides your dispatch should be answering callsincase theirs a problemwith their driver ride or passenger I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE

Driver asked when I needed to be picked up, I told him 4 and it’s now 4:30 and he is nowhere to be found! This driver is always on the phone and he’s super loud. I’d love to be able to listen to my music while in the car instead of hearing him screaming at whoever he’s on speaker phone with. Just unprofessional.
