The team at Teavana Southdale Center was Fantastic! I was visiting family and they shipped my purchases and a delightful sample right away! They were knowledgeable, very attentive and friendly and sought to understand what I really wanted! I couldn't have asked for more! Luis even included a nice little note with a sample of his favorite tea! Rebecca and Luis were super helpful and I was very glad I stopped in on a whim! ~ Thank you!

These people have to odassity tho charge $68 for two tins of dried tea, fruit, and flowers. My fiance was conned into their "buy one get one half off" deal. The sals person didn't tell her the cost and quickly rushed her to swipe her card and as the card was being charged she asked how much it was and was surprised at the amount. She left thinking that that was absurd and would return it the next day. When she went back today the guy there said that there were no returns even though the tins were obviously unopened. What a scam!

Customer service was superb and the associate was very helpful in finding me the best tea and diffuser for what I was looking for.
