Terrible customer service. We frequently order from here for our office - meaning large orders. We often get our order with items missing. Somehow this has become our problem so much so that when kindly asking to get the food brought that we paid for I was hung up on by Dillon, the “assistant manager”. Terrible Jimmy John’s. Will not order again.

We were ordering from this location frequently (at least weekly) for our workplace. Unfortunately the orders are consistently incorrect. We’ve historically been tolerant of the ongoing mistakes considering that our orders are usually large. Since payment is collected in advance, we do often need to contact the restaurant for replacement or refund of missing items without further escalation of the issue. Upon contacting the restaurant most recently, our office was accused of fabricating our complaints and the employee hung up on our designated caller. We could not be more disappointed with this experience especially considering the volume and frequency of orders. Choose a different delivery option. If the idea of customer service at this location is to make accusations and be outwardly rude and unprofessional we’ll take our business elsewhere.
