I’ve had such a great experience working with Karin during the purchase of our first home, and then again on the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second home. She made the entire buying/ selling process feel really simple and easy to understand. Not only is Karin really friendly and easy to get along with, she is an excellent communicator and is available to answer questions or meet up at literally any time. We will definitely be using Karin again for any future real estate transactions and would recommend her to anyone.

Karin helped us find our new home in the extremely competitive environment of spring of 2021. She was instrumental in our securing of a home in our budget while meeting out wishlist.
Karin was extremely responsive to requests to get showings and gracious in meeting us multiple times a week until we found a home that suited us. She then provided guidance that was instrumental in landing the second home that we made an offer on.
The stories I hear from others trying to house hunt right now is not having a realtor responsive enough to see the houses they want and making tens of offers to maybe land a home. We experienced none of those negatives while with Karin.

Working with Karin through the whole process was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I were first time home buyers, and she helped us so much be educated about the process by answering all of our questions, reaching out to see how we were doing, and giving us confidence but realistic expectations given the crazy market. We were INCREDIBLY grateful to only do showings for 1 day and get an offer accepted that same night. Karin told us exactly what we needed to do to get our dream home, and we got it! Karin went above and beyond as our realtor and I couldn’t recommend her more! The moment my husband and I connected with her, we began to build a trusting relationship with Karin that was important for us to have with our realtor. She was also the most hard-working realtor we came across and very responsive. As my wife and I began to explore moving across the country, we knew we first needed to find a realtor that (1) we could trust and (2) knew the market.
