Horrible sushi for the money. $20 and I couldn't even finish it. There is a reason this place is closing it's doors......

I had a terrible experience here. I was handed a happy hour menu as we came in around 1:20 - 1:25, but did not place my order for sushi until around 1:35-1:40 -- I did order an appetizer of Tako Yaki which was fine. All the food was good quality.
However, they charged me full price for the sushi rolls that were half off on the happy hour menu. When I asked about it they would not reduce the price due to me ordering after 1:30. That is the most petty, horribly thought out customer service I have ever experienced and I will never be going back to this restaurant again.
On top of that, because they close after lunch they wanted us to pay right away while we were still eating, and after they closed out the tabs they literally left the building -- both the waitress and the owner! We needed boxes for leftovers so we had to find those on our own. What the hell are these people thinking?
I will make sure that anyone considering going to this resturant that mentions it to me will be directed to better, more customer friendly establishments. This is the first google review i've ever written, and I really hope that the owner sees this and reconsiders how to treat their paying customers.

The Sukiyaki, Jap Chae and Hawaiian martini are amazing. Hands down the best sushi joint in south Minneapolis.
