Really small room size. Late response to even urgent request.. I had very bad experience staffs are not so friendly. If we say something like urgent they never considered as urgent. I don't like to continue here.

My roommate and I have been at this apartment for a little over a month. Fortunately, we got a renovated room and the cleanliness and size of the room for the value of rent per month was fantastic. However, it took about three and a half weeks for my shower to be turned back on as it was shut off during the renovation. On top of that, it was more than a month for my mail key to be available to me. I was frustrated at the length of time it took to fix things, considering that oftentimes me and my roommate would make a call and they would reply with "we've put in a maintenance request" just to have it take longer than it really should. Nonetheless, I do understand the delays in my requests, considering that from my observations the staff is not large enough to handle the tasks of the apartment complex. No fault of anybody's that things aren't handled quickly, I just believe they need more staff to carry out the tasks needed.

It's a safe place. friendly and very natural and beautiful. Also very accessible for rent. I LOVE IT!.

It is a fabulous experience to live in this place, here one can find comfort, tranquility and be able to live with nature and above all safety ... if you are looking for a place to live quietly, I invite you to move to live at 11185 here all people treat you friendly

I lived here for 7 or 8 years. Generally a pretty quiet, pet friendly community. Any maintenance requests or concerns/inquiries we had were always dealt with promptly. The new management has been doing a great job updating the common areas as well as the apartments themselves. The walking trails surrounding the property are fantastic.
