Lack of accountability on ruined merchandise and not following industry standards for release of stitch files has caused me to look elsewhere for embroidery. 0/10 would not recommend. There are dozens of other local choices.

Been going here since 2016 with Benson Property I was with them until 2019! I can't tell you how many times Ross has messed up the logo size, location and color! When you bring it up he always has an excuse! After years of messing up from BENSON to BISON We are finally found up and trying to switch to a new EmbroidMe and he is refusing to give up the stitch file that we paid for! Ross is extremely immature and unprofessional.

I will never go back here! Ross has made mistakes on literally thousands of dollars of shirts, hats and hoodies through the years. Not once has he ever taken responsibility for his mistakes and refused to replace the items. Heres one example. I took a batch of shirts to him for embroidery and when I picked up aone particular Charcoal Gray shirt that came back with a white logo. I liked the way the shirt looked with a black logo so I purchased a new Charcoal Gray shirt because it was my fault for not specifying the color, no biggie. So I brought that Charcoal shirt along with 2 other charcoal Gray shirts and a black shirt. I specifically told Ross to put the black logo on the gray shirts and white on the black shirt. When I picked up the shirts 2 of the gray shirts had the black logo and one had a white logo. When I asked him why he did this he insisted that in his industry that shirt was black. I pointed to the buttons which were black and the shirt was clearly gray. He just wouldnt admit his mistake. What about the customer is always right? quality workmanship and poor customer service. I decided because there are many to take my business to find someone else. When I requested my image file, he told me he doesnt release them!! What!?!? I paid for that image and its industry standard to return give the image back at any time. Do not use Embroidme in Eden Prairie.

Do NOT recommend! The owner takes absolutely ZERO responsibility when he makes obvious mistakes. No humility, terrible customer service & demonstrates no attempt to make things right or that he played any role whatsoever, in mistakes. Dont bring your merch here! He has ruined hundreds of dollars worth of shirts & sweatshirts for our business, for the last time.

Horrible company to deal with. Ross cant read emails, doesnt respond, and refuses to fix mistakes on his end. Highly recommend going anywhere but this place. Orders took way longer than quoted, they constantly ordered the wrong products, stitching on an expensive carhartt jacket was off, screwed up an entire batch of shirts and argues with the customer about his mistakes.
This last order I asked specifically to get sweatshirts the same as the last order, and I included his previous quote. After weeks of emails I finally paid someone to go to his shop with a sweatshirt and jacket from the previous batch he did and go through every item. After going through everything we paid the bill and it took a month and 10 days to finally get the products but they werent as discussed or as previously completed. About two weeks before they were done Ross emailed me to say the sweatshirts wouldnt have rear print as they did previously because he didnt include it on the quote that I paid for when we went through everything. So all in all he refused to do the back print as discussed and previously completed.
I called and tried to discuss the issues with Ross but he isnt willing to admit that he screwed up and refuses to correct the issues.
