US Bath Systems

We used US Bath systems for a bathroom remodel 3.5 years ago and they do not stand by their work. We had pointed out things to be fixed within our first year but they dodged our calls and never had anyone come out to fix things. They recommended a luxury bath kit that looked great at first but they didnt cut it right, so its pulled away from the base pan. Same with the base pan and flooring. Those have separated so that you can see to the sub floor. The caulking has pulled away and mildew builds up so easily. The two shelves they installed have fallen off the shower walls. Even though they claimed it would look amazing and be easy to clean, it is not. I would stay away from this company unless you dont mind having to fix things yourself after paying them a lot of money to redo your entire bathroom.

It's about the job they failed to do. We signed a contract with them in July. In Sept they asked us to do some updates in preparation for the install and in December they came out and cancelled our job. Strung us along for months while interest rates climbed before mentioning that they could not do our job.

First I want to start out by saying that the worker who installed my bathtub was 5 stars out of 5. He did a great job!
I'm taking a away for how long it took from the signing date to the installation date. Almost 4 months.
Another lost because it took 2 days for the project to be completed. Also I was told that I would have to get into contact with the manager to set up a final inspection. It's been over a week since then plus I've called and left a message. No response.
Final thoughts are I probably got lucky with having a good worker. The final product of the tub and work is great. But customer service needs improvement. What good is a lifetime warranty if the manager never calls back? Service: Installation
