While the only interaction I had with this company was with the owner and it was while he was a customer at my store. I had the misfortune of ringing up this gentleman at my register. He wanted to put the transaction under the name of his company, then gave me only half of the name to look up in the system which made it almost impossible to do so. After struggling to find his business in our computer system, a manager came by to assist. I then proceeded to help another customer. I later found out that he referred to me as "Handicapped" and shamed the manager into hiring me. While He was the customer in this case, he still decided to be disrespectful and rude while representing his company. I can only assume that if he acts this way while representing his business, he also acts this way while running it.
