Broadmoor of Eden Prairie

This is the worst living area I have ever experienced in my life, and I've lived in a 3rd world country. I am glad to say that the building will be torn down this summer. There is a major cockroach infestation. There is a lack of parking. The laundry machines steal the money on your laundry card, without even purchasing a washing or drying load. This explains the $15 minimum. Kids are let loose in the hallways to play like the building is a jungle gym. There is a major lack of parking. This building and business is a stain on the community.

I lived here for a few years out of necessity - it was cheap, and the pet policies were a bonus. My apartment was infested with mice at one point and bugs. The hallway ceilings were always torn open, water constantly leaking. The garbage shoot was continually breaking and people would pile the garbage room full. They would solve this by putting portable dumpsters nearby - thus making the hallways and common areas smell fantastic. The bonus was when we had an all apartment complex meeting where they instructed the occupants how to clean their apartments, what you should not flush down the toilets, etc. I was very glad to move out of here -

Just moved in and I believe it to be a good deal. The price is fair for the given location, what amenities that are offered, and the overall condition of the place. We had some minor issues with the apartment but management was quick to correct the issues. Being part of a family that owns high end apartments and to hear their positive feedback on this complex brings peace to mind. Though this review is slightly new and naive I noticed friendly and helpful management and maintenance. I hope things stay as so because what I have experienced I feel that I already want to renew my lease for next year. This seems to be a very family oriented property, if looking for more of a personal quiet place this is not for you. If you are looking for a family like community and kid friendly environment look no further. I love the amenities that are offered... indoor swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, vast courtyard with charcoal grills, dog park, onsite parking, plant room, game room, fair priced laundry, large exercise room and free wifi in commons area. All the units have dishwashers, over range microwaves, plus heat and A/C included with rent.
