M Health Fairview Urgent Care - Eagan

I was struggling with pneumonia and had to be seen.. The building itself is nice and clean, nurses seem a bit understaffed. The doctor i was dealing with had to be called into another room for an emergency, but other nurses were very apologetic. Needed an xray done but the machine wasnt working. If you're in a rush, def would not reccomend this place.. otherwise my experience wasnt bad.

Providers are fine. Front desk staff is sarcastic and snobby. They only keep 2 doctors at urge to care so only 2 patients can be seen at a time. You show up at open and they have a 2 hour wait. Absolute garbage. Employ people or don't have an urgent care.

Wow! Had to take my infant there and Dr. Jennifer Kulus was so wonderful with my daughter and also with me when I started to cry at my daughters distress. What a kind compassionate caring human. She left a very positive impression on both of us. We are so grateful. They were quick at the front and our medical tech was great to. If you have the opportunity to see Dr. Jennifer Kulus I would highly RECOMMEND. If it was possible to have her as our primary care doctor we would love to have her... M-Health is lucky to have such a wonderful doctor work for them, hope she is as appreciated there as she was from us for us this afternoon We will definitely come back and highly recommend.

Every time I go I have a really positive experience. Staff are nice and friendly, wait time is always short, and my needs are always met by the nurses and doctor. Overall a pleasant experience every time I go! I recommend going online and putting yourself on the waitlist theyll tell u how long itll be usually between 20-50 minutes and when u get there after the wait time is over you check in and your able to be seen relatively quickly.
