DO NOT USE "Do It Right Plumbing" SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed! Service: Plumbing leak detection

If you are looking to be scammed by Pedro at Do It Right Plumbing this is the place for you! You get to pay $89 for him to come out to tell you what is wrong and then give you an outrageous quote and not be able to break down to costs. But wait, there's more... if you decide not to use Pedro, he will kindly call the Hopkins inspector and report you for not having plumbing up to code. Basically, a childless vindictive move that was NOT taken well by the inspector! In fact, it turns out that Pedro and Do It Right Plumbing engages is phone solicitation to scam people to their company. I actually called a different company and got redirected to his. Total Scam DO NOT USE PEDRO TOTAL SCAM!!!

Called for a leaking toilet and Pedro was able to come out the same day and repair. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, discussed the repair and provided me with a quote for the work. After I agreed to the repair, Pedro completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and left the bathroom as clean as when he arrived. My only issue was it seemed expensive, but to be honest I'm not sure what plumbing costs these days. In addition, I got an experienced plumber to come out the same day and fix my problem. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Service: Toilet repair

Pedro was very professional and explained everything in detail. He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.
