Hello, I have been with American Family for 17+ years for both home and auto insurance. I recently worked with Lonna to update my plans and to get additional life insurance. The process was simple and efficient. Lonna did a remarkable job helping me navigate through all the options to find a plan best suited for my needs and to find savings for me on my existing plans. Finally I have an insurance person that works with me. Lonna took the time to explain different levels of coverage, gave me some good suggestions. Better was how she fixed things when I made a mistake in a payment. I love knowing that Lonna will take care of things for me!
