When the second of the two hygienists I've been seeing since I first started going to the dentist as a child finally retired, it would be time to search for a new dentist. That event happened about six months ago. My lifelong dentist I had been going to was inconvenient due to the distance, but the relationship I had with my hygienists was worth the time. After doing research on dentists in my area, I came across Progressive Dental. After reviewing their webpage and reviews, they were a top contender. But, after reviewing their lineup of doctors and staff, I was sold! "No need to look any further," I told my husband. Ok, I might be a bit biased... My husband and I had our first cleanings with Progressive Dental today. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Shortly after being there, it felt as if I'd been going to this dentist all my life! I felt so welcomed and cared for. They were professional and compassionate in our discussions of our teeth/mouth health and offered new insight to aid in our teeth/mouth healthcare. Granted, we went in for standard cleanings and both have healthy mouths, but even so, we were able to walk away with some new tips and advice to stay healthy into our later years. I loved how the staff really got to know us in the short amount of time we were there, and it wasn't just "small" talk. We felt like part of their family in that first visit. This aspect is extremely important to me as I take great effort to ensure I have a healthy mouth and teeth. So building this positive relationship from the start is a great indication of how we'll be cared for in future visits in my opinion. I also appreciate that they collected our dental insurance information and anything else they needed to help make the first visit go efficiently well before our appointment along with any follow up. It was obvious how prepared they strive to be. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist or have had bad experiences at the dentist, I think Progressive Dental can turn that around in one visit! We are looking forward to our future visits and meeting the rest of the staff.

Amazing JOB!! very quick, detailed, caring service. I've honestly never seen anything like their facility and staff! Nobody cares to go to the dentist, but whatever magic they have, KEEP doing it! I am for sure a lifer - my husband too. :) and we plan to have our kids transfer to their office as well. THANK YOU for your diligence today! I could not have asked for a better outcome :)
