I had an incredible experience at this store, probably the best experience I've had shopping for video games in the approximately two decades I have been purchasing them. Great owner, fantastic selection and fair pricing. What more could you ask for?

The guy who answered the phone wouldn't even tell me if he had a specific Nintendo 64 game even though he told me he only had 30 of them. I came down to the shop at 5:30 pm to see he closed the store a half hour earlier than the 6 pm closing. Disappointed that the customer service was so bad because the Duluth/Superior area needs more retro game shops. Go to Game On or Games then n now for retro games if you're looking for older games.

Agreed to purchase some games from me. I drove all the way across town to get there, and when I got there I find it closed. He said he was late for parent teacher conferences, and had to leave. Very rude, and inconsiderate. No apology, nothing. Avoid this store!
