David added some reinforcements to our deck posts, after years of frost heaving had badly shifted the original supports. After initially coming out to estimate the work, he provided a few options to choose from, which was a pleasant surprise. The reinforcements look great and, to top it off, David graciously charged us only HALF of what we'd previously agreed on since he was able to finish the project much quicker than anticipated. David came out to replace some ceiling tiles and repair drywall in our basement after another unrelated project. He was VERY personable and professional, and his craftsmanship was superb. One of our walls had a "stipple" finish, and we asked whether he could smooth it out. He said he could try, but would not promise anything. Well, after he was done, it was like brand-new sheetrock! I had some projects I wanted done in preparation of selling my house my house next spring. David replaced the front steps with a new small porch, installed new vinyl flooring, and did miscellaneous repairs. He started and completed the work in the timeline he gave me. When I had a question, he was quick to respond. I would not hesitate to to have Sunco Handyman Services do work for me in the future. I was extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship. Repaired our sagging deck including new frost footings. Clearly takes pride in his work. When additional structural problems were discovered mid-project he gave us clear options and recommendations for a reasonable long-term solution rather than just rushing to finish.
