I hired Precision Construction after seeing them do extensive work on a neighbors house. I had them demolish my massive brick porch that needed replacement and built a new one. It was not a small job and turned out perfect. Adam, John and crew were hard working and did an excellent job and were meticulous in every detail of construction and clean-up. I am still getting compliments from neighbors and passing people on how great the porch turned out. Anyone needing work done should consider Precision Construction, they wouldn't be disappointed.

We hired Precision Construction after a cold call to them from seeing one of their yard signs, and it was the best decision we could have made for our home remodel. Adam, John, and crew completely remodeled our kitchen, front foyer, split-level stairway, and painted the interior of our home. We were a bit nervous going into the project because we had never done a home remodel project, but Precision Construction handled everything with top-notch ability and confidence. Through every step of the way, Adam took all the time needed to work with us, making sure we were happy with our decisions and giving us options when we needed time to make adjustments on the remodel. John kept the construction on schedule and ascertained that all work was completed to the highest level of excellence.

We recently hired Precision Construction of Duluth to install an egress window in our home. This was not a simple job!
The work involved cutting a larger opening in a deck, digging a big hole in a small space, concrete cutting followed by window, egress well and drain installation. Then stucco, drywall and carpentry work followed to complete the project.
During the week after the egress window project was completed it rained nearly 6 inches. Everything worked as expected.
Adam, John, Jesse and Andy are hardworking, polite and skilled craftsmen. They kept us informed throughout the project and finished within the cost estimate. Precision Construction will be our first choice on future projects. We offer our recommendation to others who may be considering construction or remodeling projects.

I hired Precision Construction off of the recommendation of a friend and they certainly did not disappoint. They installed 4 cement footings for me as they reconstructed a good foundation under my back foyer. They did it in a timely manner and kept me apprised every step of the way. I appreciated the professionalism of their staff. I would hire these guys again in a heart beat and I plan on doing so in the future for other house projects.
