ive been so impressed with the diligence of the LifeBackLaw firm. The Communication is excellent and timely. Gina Strait has been very Good at keeping me informed along the way. Amanda Rosback , my lead attorney, has been awesome in helping me understand the hoops that you have to go through during this process. all of the staff that I have worked with have been very very good and I would highly recommend them if you get into a situation like I have. it is never a pleasant situation but they make the best of it so that you dont feel so overwhelmed.

Wes Scott and Gina Strait are amazing people to work with. Very responsive to emails with my questions and concerns. Always a pleasure when speaking with them and they keep me informed of any changes i had!

I filed chapter 7 in June of 2023. The group of people Wes, Gia, and many others were extremely helpful and were there to answer my questions whenever I needed to ask them. They made me feel very comfortable and the months they worked with me flew by very quickly.

I recently had a distressing experience with this bankruptcy firm, particularly with one of their representatives, Wes. From the onset of our conversation, Wes displayed alarming behavior. His language was vulgar and demeaning towards women, with inappropriate references to strippers. This lack of professionalism and respect towards women is deeply concerning and entirely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to seek services elsewhere, as their conduct is reprehensible and reflects a profound lack of respect towards real women. When I asked for a refund Wes then attempted to "bully" me by saying I wanted my money back because I'm poor and needed the money. When the reality was they were lazy and were more concerned about pronouns than doing their job. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FIRM OR PEOPLE LIKE THEM. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A "LAWYER" TALK ABOUT HAVING RELATIONSHIPS WITH STRIPPERS. WES NEEDS A MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATION AT A MINIMUM AS DO THE REST OF THE STAFF I DEALT WITH. VERY TOXIC ENVIRONMENT STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY, BEWARE!!!!!! How the place has a 5 star review is beyond me. My guess I they paid for the strikes to be removed. I had a disappointing experience with this bankruptcy/lawyer firm. During my interactions, I found Wes to be unprofessional over the phone. Additionally, I encountered issues with the staff's responsiveness and follow-through on their promises. The firm's approach to social issues felt forced and distracted from the main purpose of their service. Overall, I would not recommend their services due to these shortcomings. While discussing a refund due to their lack of service, I experienced unprofessional behavior from the firm. They attempted to belittle me by insinuating that my financial situation was the reason behind my request for a refund. This attempt to deflect responsibility and resort to personal attacks only further demonstrated their lack of integrity and professionalism. I felt bullied and disrespected throughout the interaction. Such behavior is unacceptable, and it only reinforces my decision not to recommend their services to others.
