Tires Plus Total Car Care

I went there for an oil change. Was told it would be 30 min. It took over one and half hours. When it was done one of the guys had to go out to rub off the oil that was on the floor mat. I could still see it and there was a smell in the car. There were also oil finger prints inside on the door and on the hood. When I drove home and got out of car there was a bad smell of burning oil. Oil was al over engine. They must not of checked my head lights because I had one out when they changed my oil. That is something they should of checked with their inspection. Makes me wonder what they did check. I would not go there again.

I went on line for a tire quote and no response from you. On to next tire shop.

If you have over two hours to wait for an oil change this is the place for you! Their service has gotten terrible in the past month. I'll be taking my vehicles somewhere else to get serviced.

I don't even want to give it a 1 star that how terrible of a job they do. They look to screw people over. I use to do go there to get my oil changed bc I had a 10.00 off coupon, so I figured "hey cant beat that" the 1st time I went, I noticed my car was acting a bit funny (which believe me, never had not one problem with my car, never used a drop of oil, nothing, ran like a champ) so car is being a bit louder then it should. ok whatever have the bf look at it, seems fine. Go back there again for another oil change, tell my bf, my car is acting really weird, its just not normal. Come to find out they put double the oil in. (Hey isnt this your job?) Bring it in else where they take care of the problem. Now as the idiot that I will now claim to be, thinking its just a mess up wont happen again, go back for another oil change in do time..... Needless to say, my car drained all the oil out of it? Or should I say there was no oil in it (which remember, has never used a drop of oil) to now had to junk my car bc the engine has now seized over. Learned my lesson, dont go to this junk place unless you dont want your car anymore.
