I agree with other reviews. the woman who answers calls is cranky and contradicts herself. I called on 10/11/22 and set up appointment for 12/19/22 to fix my Bosch dishwasher under warranty. Provided a case number from Bosch with approval. We had a lengthy conversation. On 12/16/22 I called to confirm appointment. She had no record of the appointment and now said because the date I called was so close to my warranty expiration the service man won't do the work. I asked why they are telling me this now and not 9 weeks earlier. She was rude and unwilling to discuss options. SO FRUSTRATING! I would never recommend the for anything. Called Bosch and they provided other service companies to call.

I was told I was scheduled for a warranty repair and it would be 6 weeks out. That was fine since my warranty wouldnt be up for months and my issue wasnt detrimental to using the dishwasher. The day came and no one showed up. I called their office and found out they never even put me on the schedule! So I asked them to come to our house ASAP since we were starting to run into a time issue with our warranty. They said they couldnt make it for 5-6 more weeks and they REFUSED to come any sooner than that. That didnt work since that would be after our warranty was up. They were so unprofessional and told me they absolutely could not come sooner than that. If they truly cared about their reputation they would make it a point of following through with their commitments and fixing their errors. I would never tell anyone to work with this company.

Was scheduled for a tech who never showed up. Called 3 days straight left voicemails with no return call. Finally 2 weeks later someone answers with a cranky attitude and tells me they are booked till december. No justification for not showing up. No response as to why my numerous courteous voicemails with my number were not returned. Horrible customer service.

Have worked with Keith and his son on several repairs / evaluations of appliances in our home. They are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, and so kind. We highly recommend American Appliance!!

I would give them a zero but not able too!I have had two experiences with American Applliance and neither one of them were even remotely acceptable. I could go into detail but you get the picture. Customer service is so important. When you hook someone with great service you have a customer for life.Sorry American appliance
