I visited this branch after being displeased with the answers I was receiving from the phone bank in regards to paying a loan off. My issue needed to be handled by the branch supervisor. Jessica not only was extremely pleasant to deal with, she went over and beyond the call of duty in ensuring that everything was handled properly. I have been with this bank for over 28 years now, and this experience reminded me why I stick with them. We pay our dues the least you can do is have enough staff on and tell him to pick up the pace at drive-through I dont have 45 min for a simple Business deposit

Dont ever bother opening a Wells Fargo account. Also whats the point of having a phone number if no one EVER answers it? This branch should probably get rid of it as they will never answer or help you. Dont use Wells Fargo save yourself some time and peace.
