Had a dangerous driver last week and a driver that never showed up this week. Not good. Ive had all bad experiences with Southdale. I had a driver come late and he had the audacity to then ask for water from my home for his water bottle. Thats just sad. Would not recommend to anyone.

This company is extremely unprofessional, unorganized and over all just trash, theyre never on time and dont have a set schedule even though we created one through services. They dropped my autistic daughter from the schedule without proper informing mid therapy week. I once caught them trying to leave her in front of the door by herself. They either arrive early or late NEVER ON TIME. Then get mad because youre confused about times when theyre just going off theyre own made up ones.one of there employees even called me using profanity once. I wouldnt recommend it at all. my daughters autism therapy center has called multiple times saying they havent arrived or they came super late. I dont know how theyre still in business honestly. Theyre terrible people and I was extremely hurt and affected by there behavior.

This company called me every single day asking me what time they were supposed to be there, when and where they were supposed to pick up my son and always somehow managed to never be on time. A few times they even tried to pick him up an hour early. If they arrived early they would demand he come out because he had a deadline and if he had to wait til the right time he would yell at staff or cal me repeatedly asking where my son was. it was very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. I should be able to rely on someone to safely bring my child to and from when I am working.
I also don't like the vehicles this company uses. The driver always rolled up in this run down van. Floor was dirty, interior rusty or falling apart to the point they need tape to hold the chair and plastic parts together, it also had a huge crush mark on the side showing he was in an accident at some point. That makes me nervous.
After all this I ended up switching companies. I need to know my child is safe and not dealing with or seeing a hot headed driver with a possible spotty driving record. You're medical transportation for crying out loud not an uber. be more professional.

This company is always late, manager never follows up on issues. The Minnesota Autism Center always has problems with the students receiving therapy, because there not on time, they dont call the parent for the special needs thats using the transportation. They are rude, unprofessional and do not care about the employees or the people with disabilities. Please do not use this company if you care about the disabled community and parents and caregivers. Worst company, they have never fixed any issues.
The response below from Southdale responds below my review, doesn't let me respond to fake concerns. Truth is its all about the money. Because people can read these posts and reviews hurts there reputation. Now you respond SOUTHDALE....
