Able Care Connect Home Health

Able Care has been wonderful for both my elderly parents that live at Chandler Place in St. Anthony. Their health has started to decline and they fall alot. A special SHOUTOUT to DIANNA! for the wonderful showers she has been giving my dad as he is not stable to stand alone. My dad has always been a proud man and would rather "do it himself". However, the doctor asked him how the showers are going and he admitted they are wonderful!!! I was shocked and happy to hear him say that. That says alot about Dianna! The Therapies that they have been receiving also have been great! We are so lucky to have Able Care help my parents.

I have worked for this company for 5 years and I love it! We truly put the people first and focus on doing what is right instead of making a buck! We have fun, are professional and take care of some of the greatest people on the planet! Would definitely recommend working here!

My Dad recently moved from one assisted living community to another and required home health care services. Able Care Connect Home Health has been the Light in his day. Change is incredibly hard for my dad, however he looks forward to his daily visits from ACCHH staff. They got to know him on a personal level and each visit the staff engages with him and has true meaningful conversations to keep his spirits up! Part of this stage of life is sharing memories and being heard. Thank you for your open hearts and minds to healing the WHOLE person! Truly Greatful!

I highly recommend Able Care Connect of Minnesota for care of seniors. The difficult experience we've had with my father's health decline was made much easier to bear knowing such kind and knowledgeable professionals were taking care of him. They went above and beyond, and were good about communicating with us kids. It's not easy work and takes the right kind of compassionate and patient person to do. The folks I met and observed all seemed like stellar human beings!
